摘  要:师范生具有成人本性和成人学习的典型特点。成人学习视角下,教师教育课程的课堂教学存在思维能力培养弱、学生参与度低、过程性评价少以及学生知识建构不足等问题。这些问题,既源于教师对师范生成人学习本性认识的缺位和对传统课堂教学行为的路径依赖,也源于学校在高阶化成人学习课堂建设的环境支持上的薄弱,以及部分师范生的学习内驱力不足等。对此,教师需要转变思想观念,尊重成人学习规律;创新课堂教学,顺应成人学习需要。学校要抓好关键力量,建设学习型教学团队;优化教学条件,营造支持性教学环境。师范生要强化理想信念,激发学习的内驱力。Teacher education undergraduate have the typical characteristics of adult nature and adult learning.From the perspective of adult learning,there are some problems in the classroom teaching of teacher education curriculum,such as weak of the training of thinking ability,low of the students participation and the evaluation of process,insufficient of the construction of students'knowledge.These problems stem from teachers'lack of understanding of the nature of adult learning and their dependence on traditional classroom teaching behaviors,from the weak environmental support of higher-order adult learning classroom construction,as well as some students'lack of internal motivation.Therefore,teachers need to respect the law of adult learning and innovate classroom teaching to meet the needs of adult learning.The school should grasp the key strength,build the learning-type teaching team,optimize the teaching conditions and create a supportive teaching environment.Teacher education undergraduates should strengthen their ideal and belief,and stimulate their inner drive to study.
