摘  要:以学习产出导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念为基础的工程教育认证是我国高校提高人才培养质量、促进学生核心竞争力的改革目标。如何尽快解决由传统教学理念向工程教育认证要求的教学理念转变,建立学生为中心,学习产出导向及持续改进为核心的长效教育发展观,是高等教育亟待解决的问题。探讨食品科学与工程专业工程教育认证背景下专业学习的课堂教学、课程体系建立、培养目标以及评价方式等模式重构,以提高人才培养质量,对其他专业建设具有一定启示作用。The engineering education certification based on OBE concept is the reform goal of improving the quality of talents training and promoting students’core competitiveness.How to transfer as soon as possible from the traditional teaching concept to the engineering education certification requirements of the teaching concept,establishing a student-centered,learning output oriented and continuous improvement as the core of the long-term educational development concept,is an urgent problem to be solved in higher education.The mode of improving the quality of talent training under the background of engineering education certification of food science and engineering specialty is discussed,which will provide certain enlightenments for the construction of other specialties.
