摘　　要：在总结各高校推行导师制成功经验的基础上,针对实践教学中存在问题,提出利用导师制进行食品科学与工程专业实践教学的模式和体系。改革传统的实践教学方法,从导师制的模式构建到推行导师制的制度保障两大方面,系统详细地介绍如何在食品科学与工程专业实践教学环节中实施导师制,实践教学质量和评价体系的构建和运行,并对实施效果进行总结,以期为食品科学与工程专业人才培养提供参考。On the basis of summarizing the successful experience of implementing the tutor system in various colleges and universities,propose the mode and system using the tutor system of food science and engineering specialty considering the current problems existing in practical teaching.To reform the traditional practical teaching system,the effective measures have been systematically documented to conduct tutor system in the practical teaching of food science and engineering specialty,and the guarantee system is established for quality monitoring and evaluation system of the practical teaching with tutorial system,which provides foundations for talent training system of food science and engineering major.
