摘 要:受全球疫情的影响及新技术的助推,在线教育发展迅速,在线课程质量的重要性也日益凸显。面对疫情期间大规模、成建制开展在线教学中暴露出的学习效果不佳、学习质量下降等新问题与新挑战,如何进一步提高在线课程质量,成为当前在线教育关注的重要话题。通过比较美国《优质在线课程国家标准》的两个版本,发现新版本具有规范性、平等性、灵活性、开放性、可操作性等特点。该标准对我国在线教育具有以下启示:不断完善和优化在线课程全国质量标准;通过提升在线教育质量以促进教育公平;以更加开放的态度对待在线教育;努力提高在线课程标准的指导性和可操作性。Affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic and boosted by new technologies,online education has developed rapidly in recent years,and the importance of online course quality has become increasingly prominent.In the face of new problems and challenges such as poor learning effect and declining learning quality exposed in large-scale and organized online teaching during the epidemic period,how to further improve the quality of online courses has become an important topic of current online education.By comparing two versions of the National Standards for Quality Online Courses in the United States,it is found that the new version has the characteristics of standardization,equality,flexibility,openness and operability.These standards have following implications for the online education in China:national standards for online courses should be modified and enhanced as soon as possible;educational equality promoted by improving online education;online education treated with a more open attitude;and we should strive to improve the guiding role and operability of online course standards.
