摘  要:掌握医学营养高职院校专业核心课程“思政”教育现况,探索“思政”教学改革路径及效应提升策略。对国内17所开设医学营养专业的高职院校开展调研,分析存在问题及其影响因素,从教学目标、教学方法与手段、课程评价体系及师资队伍建设等多个方面提出教学改革策略。“课程思政”融入路径及抓手尚待探索、融合形式较为单一生硬、“课程思政”相关指标与教学评价考核体系结合得不够紧密、专业教师“课程思政”意识有待增强,思政教学能力亟待提高。应深刻理解“课程思政”内涵,深入剖析专业课程教学目标,将思政元素融入教学体系。优化教学方法,丰富教学手段,开发教学资源,将“课程思政”建设效果纳入考评指标多渠道、多路径加强专业教师师资培训,建设“课程思政”师资共享资源库,全面提升专业核心课程“课程思政”融入效果。Grasp the current situation of "Ideological and political"education of medical nutrition courses in vocational colleges,and explore the teaching reform path and effect improvement strategy.A survey is carried out in 17 higher vocational colleges with medical nutrition majors in China,and the existing problems and their influencing factors are analyzed.Teaching reform strategies are put forward from the aspects of teaching objectives,methods,curriculum evaluation system and teacher team construction.The integration path and focus of"curriculum ideological politics"need to be explored.The integration form is relatively simple and rigid.The combination of relevant indicators of"curriculum ideological politics"and teaching assessment system is not close enough.The awareness and the teaching ability of"curriculum ideological politics"need to be strengthened and improved for professional teachers.To integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching system,the connotation of"Curriculum Ideology and politics"should be deeply understood and the teaching objectives of professional courses needed to be analyzed.To comprehensively improve the integration effect of professional core curriculum to"Curriculum Ideology and politics",the strategies should be conducted including optimizing methods,enriching means,developing resources,incorporating the construction effect of"Curriculum Ideology and politics"into evaluation indicators,strengthening professional teacher training and building a shared teacher resource pool of"Curriculum Ideology and politics".
