摘  要:食品营养与卫生的应用性很强,其教材编写必须与企业需求相接轨、与课程思政相融合,才能提高食品专业学生的就业能力、守业能力和创业能力。本文从融入思政元素和开展校企合作两个角度阐述了食品营养与卫生校企合作教材编写的思路,并详细罗列了教材编写大纲,以期为教材建设提供参考。Food Nutrition and Hygiene course is highly applicable.In order to improve employability,professional dedication and entrepreneurial ability of food major students,the compilation of teaching materials must be in line with the needs of enterprises and must be integrated with ideological and political theories teaching.The ideas of compiling the textbook of Food Nutrition and Hygiene from the perspectives of integrating ideological elements and developing school-enterprise cooperation is expounded and the outline of compiling textbooks is listed in detail in this paper,so it can provide reference for teaching material construction.
