摘 要:培育高水平食品快检人才是“食品安全快速检测”课程建设的重要任务。在1+X证书制度背景下,“食品安全快速检测”课程推行以岗定课、课证融合、课赛互促的教学模式,对课程进行内容重构、资源更新及教学方式和评价标准的全方位改革,旨在增强学生实践能力和职业素养,提高人才培养与岗位需求的融合度。课程优化后取得良好的教学反馈,学生实践能力得到更多锻炼,技能证书通过率提高,且在技能竞赛中有良好表现。It is an important task for the course construction of “Food Safety Rapid Detection” to cultivate high-level talents for fast food inspection.Under the background of the 1+X certificate system,the course “Food Safety Rapid Detection”carries out the teaching mode of setting courses based on posts,integrating courses and certificates,and promoting courses and competitions.The curriculum content has been reconstructed and the resources have been updated.It has carried out a comprehensive reform of the teaching methods and evaluation standards,aiming at enhancing students' practical ability and professional quality,and improving the integration of talent training and job requirements.The results show that after the optimization of the curriculum,good teaching feedback has been obtained,students' practical ability has been more exercised,the passing rate of skill certificates has been improved,and they have performed well in skill competitions.
