摘  要:教师是教育发展的第一资源,是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要基石。党和国家历来重视教师队伍建设,从历史逻辑看,我国教师队伍建设经历了新中国成立初期的不断探索、改革开放中的特色凸显以及新时代高素质教师队伍建设三个阶段。从理论逻辑看,我国教师队伍建设理论根源于马克思主义,嵌入中华民族优秀传统文化,并传承于历代中国共产党人。从实践逻辑看,我国教师队伍在规模、素质、结构和活力等方面得到了全面改善,建立了具有中国特色的教师培养培训体系和完善的教师政策体系。教师队伍建设的后续实践路径是,在党的全面领导下,吸引高素质人才从教、构建高素质教师专业发展路径以及继续完善高素质教师队伍建设的政策支持,从而为构建高质量教育体系奠定坚实的师资基础。Teachers are the primary resource for education development,and an important cornerstone for the state’s prosperity,national rejuvenation and people’s happiness.The communist party and central government of China have always attached importance to the teaching force building.From the perspective of historical logic,the team construction of teachers in China has gone through three stages,including the exploration at the early days of the People’s Republic of China,highlighting characteristics during the Reform and Opening Up,and the team construction of high-quality teachers in the New Era.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the theory of the teaching force building in China is rooted in Marxism,and it is embedded in the excellent traditional culture of China,and inherited from successive generations of the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of practical logic,China’s teaching force has been improved in terms of scale,quality,structure and vitality,and a teacher training system with Chinese characteristics and a perfect teacher policy system have been established.The practice path of teaching force building is to attract high-quality talents to teach,build a professional development path for high-quality teachers,and continue to improve the policy support for the team construction of high-quality teachers,so as to lay a solid teacher foundation for building a high-quality education system.
