摘 要:食品质量与安全专业实践性强,对学习者有较高的实操技能要求,尤其在专业建设高质量发展的新形势下,部分职业岗位有明确的持证上岗规定和要求。因此,基于职业标准指导下的食品质量与安全专业实践教学模式与体系构建应给予高度重视。文章以我校食品质量与安全专业为例,从课程、教材、课堂3个维度,探索构建基于农产品食品检验员、食品检验工、体系内审员、食品安全员等国家职业标准的专业实践教学模式,以更好地促进专业办学质量和人才培养质量。Food quality and safety major is highly practical and has higher practical skills requirements for learners.Especially in the new situation of high-quality professional construction and development,some professional posts have clear regulations and requirements for holding corresponding level certifcates.Therefore,great concern and importance to the construction of practical teaching model and system of food quality and safety under the guidance of professional standards should be post.Taking the food quality and safety major of our school as an example,the construction of a professional practice teaching model based on national professional standards such as agricultural food inspectors,food inspectors,system internal auditors and food safety officers from three dimensions of curriculum,teaching materials and classroom is explored in this paper,so as to better promote the quality of professional education and talent training.
