工程认证背景下地方高校食品专业课程体系设置——以嘉应学院食品科学与工程专业为例

摘　　要：工程教育专业认证通过毕业要求达成情况评价机制和教学过程质量监控机制,确保高校工程技术专业人才的培养质量,以实现工程教育的国际互认。培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系是实施认证中质量评价和持续改进机制的架构基础,其中课程体系是此架构组成的基本单元。以地方高校食品专业为例,阐述地方高校应基于相关标准,并依据地方产业特色、实践平台、科研平台、学生就业等条件,设置科学的专业课程体系,建立课程体系合理性评价和持续改进机制,构建成果为导向的专业课程体系,为食品专业课程体系的构建、改革及发展提供思路与理论参考。Engineering education accreditation can effectively guarantee educational quality of university engineering and technical personnel with its“evaluation mechanism of graduation requirements”and“quality monitoring mechanism of teaching process”,which is the basis for international mutual recognition of engineering education.The training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system are the framework basis for implementing“quality evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism”in the accreditation,in which curriculum system is the basic unit of this framework.Taking the food science and engineering major of local university as an example,expound the curriculum setup system,mechanism of rationality evaluation and continuous improvement for curriculum system,and establishment of professional curriculum system with“outcome based education”concept.Therefore,it can provide ideas and theoretical reference for the construction,reform,and development of major curriculum system.
