摘　　要：微生物控制技术对保障食品质量、维护公众健康具有至关重要的意义。本文简单介绍了微生物控制技术的分类及原理,深入探讨了微生物控制技术在食品工程中的广泛应用,通过具体案例分析,展示了该技术在乳制品、肉制品等多个食品行业中的成功应用。Microbial control technology is of great significance to ensure food quality and maintain public health.This paper briefly introduces the classification and principle of microbial control technology,and the wide application of microbial control technology in food engineering is discussed in depth.Through specific case analysis,the successful application of this technology in dairy products,meat products and other food industries is demonstrated.
