摘 要:在思政育人、职业教育、大数据信息化的时代背景下,医学职业教育的教学质量面临新挑战和新要求。目前,同时具备理论教学能力和实践教学能力的“双师型”教师和教学团队的短缺,已成为制约医学职业教育教学改革高质量发展的“卡脖子”问题。医学高职院校专业课教师,尤其是双师型教师的教学能力要与时俱进。提升教学能力的落脚点和发力点,是重构医学高职院校专业课教师理论和实践教学能力的双师型评价标准。文章主要探讨智能时代,医学高职院校专业课教师的教学能力的现状以及双师型提升路径。In the era of ideological and political education,vocational education,and big data informatization,the teaching quality of medical vocational education is facing new challenges and requirements.At present,the shortage of“double qualified”teachers and teaching teams with both theoretical and practical teaching abilities has become a bottleneck problem restricting the high-quality development of medical vocational education teaching reform.The teaching ability of professional course teachers in medical vocational colleges,especially“double qualified”teachers,should keep pace with the times.The foothold and starting point for improving teaching ability is the“double qualified”evaluation standard for reconstructing the theoretical and practical teaching ability of professional course teachers in medical vocational colleges.This article mainly discussed the current situation of teaching ability of professional course teachers in medical vocational colleges in the era of intelligence,as well as the“double qualified”path to improve their teaching ability.
