摘  要:教师是教育数字化变革的策动者、范导者、支援者,造就具有数字胜任力的优秀教师是当代教师教育的使命与担当。在教育数字化时代,教师教育改革担负着三重功能:前驱功能、支撑功能与杠杆功能。要全方位参与教育数字化变革,教师教育育人目标、教学方式、治理体系面临全面升级:培育教师的教育数字胜任力成为首要育人目标,融身混合教师学习模态成为主要教学方式,精准治理、人机共治成为现代教师教育治理体系的建设重点。面向教育数字化要求,教师教育转型发展需要付诸三项改革行动:借力数据赋能,构筑教师教育数字学习空间;倡导双元共生,铺就教师教育融创发展轨道;善用智能决策,打开教师教育“人-机”共治新格局。Teachers are the instigators,guides,and supporters of the digital transformation of education,and it is the mission and responsibility of contemporary teacher education to cultivate excellent teachers with digital competence.In the era of education digitalization,teacher education reform has three functions:procuring function,supporting function and lever function.In order to participate in the digital transformation of education in an all-round way,the educational goals,teaching methods,and governance system of teacher education are facing a comprehensive upgrade:cultivating teachers’educational digital competency while become the primary educational goal,integrating the learning mode of mixed teachers while become the main teaching method,and precise governance and human-machine co-governance has become the focus of the construction of the modern teacher education governance system.Facing the requirements of education digitalization,the transformation and development of teacher education needs to be implemented in three reform actions:leveraging data empowerment to build a digital learning space for teacher education,advocating ambidextrosis and symbiosis,paving the track for the development of teacher education,and making good use of intelligent decision-making to open up a new pattern of“human-machine”co-governance in teacher education.
