摘  要:提升高职院校课程建设水平要求教师具备现代课程素养。本文从课程理解、课程开发、课程实施及课程评价能力维度厘清了课程素养的内涵。基于最新研究资料,本文梳理了高职院校教师课程素养的现实问题,结合课程改革实践,提出以参与课程理论研究和专业培训引领课程思维塑造、以组建跨界合作团队增强课程开发能力、以课堂教学改革提高课程实施能力和以系统建设增强课程评价能力的课程素养提升路径。Enhancing the curriculum construction level of higher vocational schools demands that teachers possess modern curriculum literacy.This paper clarifies the connotation of curriculum literacy from the dimensions of curriculum understanding,curriculum development,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation ability.Drawing on the latest research data,the practical issues of curriculum literacy among teachers in higher vocational colleges are sorted out.In combination with curriculum reform practices,it is proposed that the path to improve curriculum literacy should involve leading the shaping of curriculum thinking through participation in curriculum theory research and professional training,strengthening curriculum development ability by building cross-border cooperation teams,enhancing curriculum implementation ability via classroom teaching reform,and boosting curriculum evaluation ability through systematic construction.
