摘 要:教育家精神是落实立德树人根本任务的现实要求,是深化教育改革创新的根本要求,是教育服务高质量发展的时代要求,这决定了其必然成为新征程上推动教育强国建设的必然要求。教育家精神蕴含着道德情操、理想信念、躬耕态度、育人智慧、弘道追求、仁爱之心等丰富时代内涵,是推动教育强国建设不可缺少的核心要素。在推动教育强国建设的新征程上,需要着力建设教育家型的教师队伍,建构高质量的育人体系,建构发扬教育家精神的长效机制,以教育家精神全面助力教育强国建设。The educationalist spirit is the practical requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.It is also the essential demand for deepening educational reform and innovation,as well as the era's requirement for educational services to support high-quality development.This determines that it must inevitably become a necessary requirement for advancing the construction of a powerful country in education on the new journey.The educationist spirit contains rich time connotations,such as moral sentiment,ideals and faith,the attitude of cultivating people,the wisdom of educating people,the pursuit of carrying forward Tao,the heart of benevolence,etc.On the new journey of promoting the construction of a powerful country in education,we need to focus on building an educationalist-type teaching force,constructing a high-quality educational system and constructing a long-term mechanism to carry forward the educationalist spirit,to assist the building of a strong country with educationist spirit.
