基于能力导向的医学院校“内科学”教学改革探究

摘  要:本研究旨在探讨医学院校“内科学”教学改革中能力导向模式的应用。通过文献分析、问卷调查和实践观察,研究发现能力导向模式有助于提高学生的临床思维和实践能力。然而实施过程存在课程设置不合理、评价体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出优化课程体系设计、加强教师培训和能力建设、拓展实践教学资源、完善多元化评价机制、强化学生引导和支持、加强政策支持和制度保障等对策,以确保能力导向模式的持续改进和有效实施,以培养出符合现代医疗需求的高素质医学人才。This study aims to explore the application of the ability oriented model in the teaching reform of"internal medicine"in medical colleges.Through literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and practical observations,the study found that the ability oriented model helps improve students'clinical thinking and practical abilities.However,there are problems in the implementation process such as unreasonable curriculum design and incomplete evaluation system.To address these issues,measures such as optimizing the curriculum system design,strengthening teacher training and capacity building,expanding practical teaching resources,improving diversified evaluation mechanisms,enhancing student guidance and support,strengthening policy support and institutional guarantees are proposed to ensure the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the capacity oriented model,and to cultivate high-quality medical talents that meet the needs of modern healthcare.
