摘　　要：将研究性教学理念引入教学实践是培养学生研究性能力和创新观念的一种有效途径。探讨了在新时代背景下,地方高校食品类专业在创新型人才培养方面研究性教学模式的构建与实践。通过分析当前研究性教学模式现状及存在的问题,提出了一种适用于食品类专业的创新型研究性教学模式。该模式通过优化课程目标体系、重构教学内容和改革教学方法,旨在培养学生的自主探究能力和创新能力,全面提升学生的综合素质。此外,该研究性教学模式还能解决传统教学中忽视应用能力及创新研究能力培养的问题,为中国教育强国建设奠定坚实基础。This paper explored the construction and practice of research-based teaching models for cultivating innovative talents in food-related majors at local universities in China,in the context of the new era.By analyzing the current state and existing problems of research-based teaching models,an innovative model suitable for food-related majors was proposed.This model aimed to develop students'self-exploration abilities and innovative capacities,and enhanced students'overall quality through optimizing course objectives,restructuring teaching content,and reforming teaching methods.In addition,this resea-rch-based teaching model addresses the traditional neglect of application and innovative research capabilities,laying a solid foundation for building an educational powerhouse in China.
