摘　　要：通过对我省普通高校体育教育专业的教学内容和课程体系的分析、对比和评价 ,结合教育部关于体育教育专业本科课程方案和我省的实际 ,提出了我省普通高校体育教育专业适应 2 1世纪需求的、较为科学的课时总数、学分数、课程数及必修课与选修课。This article analyzes, contrasts and evaluates the instructional content and course series of the physical education programs at colleges and universities in Jiangsu, and specifies, in line with the Ministry of Education's Undergraduate Course Scheme of Physical Education and the current situation of the Province of Jiangsu, the total number of class hours, credits and courses, the ratio of required courses to elective courses and that of free elective courses to restricted elective courses with an view to meeting the demand of the new century.
