摘　　要：开设小学《语文》骨干教师省级培训是一项极富挑战性的工作 ,深刻领会和努力实践《九年义务教育语文课程标准 (试验稿 )》是搞好培训课程建设的关键。在培训的各个环节 ,都必须贯穿这一指导思想 ,并据此搞好课程准备、讲授、课后总结反思。Opening the course in provincial training of mainstay Chinese Teachers among Primary School is full of challenges. The key to its success is to compre hend and practise Nine-year Education Standard of Chinese Course (experimental draft).During each stage of training, We should always run through this guiding ideology, which is helpful to the preparation and teaching of the course, reflection after class and revision before the new training.
