摘　　要：综述了国内外杀菌和保鲜新技术中属于冷杀菌的物理杀菌技术。Market has been calling for the new sterilization and preservation tec hnologies, which either can't lower the quality of agriculture products or prese rve the extent of their fresh. Some sterilizing technologies among physics and e ngineering fields were present in the paper.
