摘　　要：从教师职务岗位设置与学科建设的结合点上 ,针对体育院校教师队伍、学科建设的现状和特点 ,在体育院校教师职务岗位设置对学科建设的意义、岗位设置的依据、原则等方面进行了探讨 ,提出了做好岗位设置工作的措施。From the joint point of the set up of teachers' posts and discipline construction, the present article makes an approach of the status quo and characteristics of the teachers' rank and discipline construction in physical education institutes, the importance of the set up of teachers' posts to the discipline construction, the basis and principles of the post set up, etc., and meantime points out the measures for doing well in the set up of teachers' posts.
