摘　　要：目前教师的专业能力还存在诸多不足。加强教师专业能力的培养应强调教师的专业化 ;促使教师树立与时俱进的教育新理念 ;提高教师职前教育质量 ,强化能力培养 ;There were deficiencies in teachers professional abilities in current situation. To strength the cultivation of teachers professional abilities, teachers specialization should be stressed, to advocate teachers to set up new educational ideas that keeping pace with the times and promote the pre service eduation quaility, strengthening the ability of fostering and mastering the modern educational techniques.
