摘　　要：证明了广义特征值反问题 AX=BXΛ的分块中心对称解恒存在 ,给出了其解的一般表达式 。Then general inverse eigenvalue problem AX=BXΛ having block centro-symmetric solution is verified,and the general form of such solutions is given.In addition,in the solution set of corresponding problem,the expression of the optimal approximation solution to a given matrix is derived,and a numerical algorithm
