加强实践教学环节 确保“高职”培养目标实现

摘　　要：“高职”教育的根本任务是培养生产第一线的高等技术应用性专门人才。要实现这个培养目标,必须树立“以能力为本位”的理念,加强实践教学环节,切实培养学生的职业技能,适应社会经济发展和市场需要。本文分析了当前“高职”教学中实践教学环节相对薄弱的表现及原因,阐述了加强“高职”实践教学环节的必要性并提出了采取强化措施的几点思考。The basic task of higher vocational education lies in cultivating senior professionals of technical application working in the front line of production. In order to accomplish this task, the ideal of Competency-Based Education must be established, and the practice teaching should thus be strengthened; only in this way can we actually cultivate the vocational skills of the students in order to meet the needs of the economic development and market of the society. This paper makes an analysis on the weakness as well as the reasons in practice teaching link in current higher vocational education, expounds on the necessity of strengthening practice teaching in higher vocational education, and offers some reflections on the strengthening measures to take.
