交际法教学理论在医学英语课程改革中的应用

摘　　要：交际法教学理论认为 ,教师在课堂上所组织、所进行的一切教学活动都必须以交际目的为中心 ,都应该为交际目的服务 ,并强调在课堂上要尽可能地重现语言使用的实际过程 ,要求语言环境和任务都必须具有真实性。本文以交际法教学理论为依据 ,从课程内容、课程的教学模式、课程的考核等几方面 ,对医学英语课程改革提出了新的思路 ,即主张学生通过在模拟真实的语境中完成各种任务来提高其听、说、读、写等综合语言能力。The communicative teaching theories are focused on training learners' comnmnicative language competence. All teaching activities organized and conducted in class should and must be communication-centered. The theories also emphasize the practical process of the real use of language as much as possible in class and the language situation and task must be authentic. This paper based on the communicative teaching theories puts forward the new thinking of the course reform of medical English in aspect of course content, the teaching model and testing, etc.Students' comprehensive language competence of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating should be improved by accomplishing various kinds of tasks in' simulating authentic context.
