摘  要:在高职教育领域推行学分制,需作出较大的结构调整,包括:根据多元化的生源建立分级式课程体系,因材施教;实行弹性学制和主辅修制,为学生提供柔性学习环境;因地制宜地解决好职业教育的岗位针对性、就业适应性及持续发展的问题;合理利用和不断开发教育资源;实施教考分离。以此,使学生的学习更具主动性、自由性和灵活性,克服职业教育与传统学分制之间的许多先天不适应。If we want to carry out credit system in higher vocational education,we have to make a struc-tural adjustment greatly.We should construct a curriculum system different levels based on diversified sources of students so as to teach different students in different ways,carry out a flexible school system and majororminor system to provide a flexible environment for students to study,solve the problem of job adapability and sustainable development in higher vocational education well using different ways in differ-ent areas,make use of and exploit educational resources reasonably,promote the departure of exam and teaching.Thus,it can make students study with more initiative,freedom and flexibility,and eliminate the unsuitability between vocational and technical education and traditional credit system.
