摘　　要：实验教学是培养21世纪综合性、应用性复合人才的有效途径。为了适应高等教育发展和社会的需求,我们选择了对《电机与拖动》的实验教学进行了尝试性的改革,提出了实验教学的“四个目标”,以突出培养学生创新意识和创造能力为重点,从教学内容、方式、管理制度上进行了实验教学改革的实践和探讨。The experimental teaching is an effective way for training 21st century composite person with comprehensiveness and practicability. For the purpose of adapting higher educational development and social demand, we take an attempt reform on experimental teaching in the subject of electric machinery and drag, and put forward the four goals of the experimental teaching,and prominent emphasis on formatting students original consciousness and creative ability. At last, we put into practice and discussion on experimental teaching reform in teaching content, teaching pattern and management system.
