摘　　要：该文通过对我国稻谷、玉米、麦子、高粱、豆类和薯类等主要粮食品种副产物资源状况和所含主要功能性成分简介及对粮食副产物中主要功能性成分生物学活性、生理功能及其应用的分析综述,从而阐明我国主要粮食作物副产品深度利用前景和发展方向。The essay briefly introduced the resources and functional composition of the by-product of the main grain species with rice, corn, wheat, sorghum, bean, potato and so on in our country. It summarized the activity, physiology function and its applications of the chief compositions. It expounded the development trend about the by-product deep utilization.
