教育学理论视角下我国县域义务教育优质均衡发展研究

摘  要:教育是一个国家和民族的未来,义务教育是我国教育改革和发展的重中之重,其中县域义务教育的发展对我国义务教育工作的推进具有重要的实践价值。近年来我国县域义务教育工作取得了不少成效。不过,在教育发展新阶段,人民群众对义务教育的需求从“有学上”转为“上好学”。在此诉求下,我国县域义务教育还未完成优质均衡发展的目标,本文从教学理论有关教育活动的内容出发,结合教育活动的三个基本要素,即教育者、受教育者和教育媒介,对我国县域义务教育优质均衡发展所面临的问题进行分析,归纳问题产生的原因,并在此基础上提出优化路径。Education is the future of a country and a nation, and compulsory education is the most important part of Chinese education reform and development, among which the development of compulsory education in county areas is of important practical value to the promotion of Chinese compulsory education work. In recent years, China’s compulsory education in county areas has achieved a lot of achievements. However, in the new stage of educational development, the demand of the people for compulsory education has shifted from “having access to education” to “having access to quality education”. China’s compulsory education in county areas has not yet achieved the goal of high-quality and balanced development. This paper starts with the content of educational activities related to the teaching theory and combines the three basic elements of educational activities, the educator, the subject to education and the educational media. The problems facing the balanced development of compulsory education quality in county areas are analyzed, the causes of the problems are summarized, and the optimization paths are put forward on the basis of this.
