目的开展文殊兰新碱的全合成工作。方法以3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙胺和2,5-二甲氧基苯乙酸为起始原料,经缩合、环合、还原和氧化等反应。结果与结论完成了文殊兰新碱的全合成,确定了其最佳合成路线,总收率为73%。
