成人学习动机的激发策略

摘　　要：学习动机作为非智力因素的核心成分直接影响着成人学习的质量和水平 ,因此 ,激发成人的学习动机从而使成人保持良好的学习状态对成人学习不可或缺。本文主要从强化学习信心、注重远景性动机与近景性动机相结合、贴近成人的学习实际、创设成功的学习情景让成人多体验成功、及时反馈学习效果、适时运用动机迁移。Learning motivation as the core of the non intelligent ingredients influences the quality and the level of adult learning directly; therefore it is very important to inspire adult learning motivation and put the adult in a favorable state of learning. This article discusses the topic from the following seven apects: to intensify learning confidence; to combine the perspective motivation and the close motivation; to approach the adult learning practice; to make the adult experience more success; to provide timely learning feedback; to apply learning transfer properly and to keep moderate anxiety.
