摘　　要：苦荞麦具有丰富的营养价值和保健功能。作为防病、治病的药食两用的新型食物,苦荞麦可开发出多种保健食品和药品,具有广阔市场前景和良好的发展机遇。Buckwheat have abundant nutritional value and powerful health care function. Many kinds of functional food andmedicine can be made from buckwheat. Buckwheat as pharmaceutical and nutritional food can help proventing and cureingdisease. There are good chances and promising prospects for exploitation and utilization of buckwheat .
