摘　　要：高职教育强调以培养技术应用能力为主、面向职业培养人才、学历教育与技能教育相结合、以能力为本位。使用按学科本位开发的教材进行教学,必然导致高职教育出现"重理论、轻实践"等现象,培养出来的学生理论知识不深,应用能力不强,影响高职教育的质量和教育竞争力。开发以能力本位为指导,专业知识与管理知识相结合,理论性、实践性与操作性相结合,具有可读性的高职教材刻不容缓。Higher vocational education emphasizes to cuhivate students＇ technology applying abilities, foster talents according to professional demands and integrate learning experience education and skills education. Subject - oriented teaching materials will cause higher vocational education to focus on theories but not practices, which will effect higher vocational education quality and competing power. Thus, it is very necessary to develop ability - oriented and readable teaching materials by integrating specialized knowledge and management knowledge.
