摘  要:以XDA-7大孔树脂为吸附剂,研究了苹果渣果胶的脱色工艺。分别探讨了在静态与动态条件下,XDA-7型树脂对苹果渣果胶的吸附脱色能力。实验结果表明:XDA-7树脂对果胶提取液有较好的吸附脱色效果,损失率较低,静态脱色的最佳工艺参数为:XDA-7树脂用量14g/100mL(果胶液),pH1.0,温度40℃,时间630min,脱色率为36.17%,损失率为3.70%;动态脱色的最佳工艺参数为:流速4.5BV/h,处理量2.5BV,上柱液pH1.0,温度35℃,脱色率为61.66%,损失率为3.05%。在最佳动态工艺条件下脱色的果胶提取液经醇沉和冷冻干燥后,其成品色泽符合QB2484-2000标准。The decolorization processing of apple pomace pectin was studied using XDA- 7 macroporous adsorption resin as adsorbent.The static and dynamic adsorption process conditions on decolorization capacity of the resin for pectin were discussed separately.The experimental results showed that-XDA-7 resin had a better decolorization absorption effects for apple pomace pectin and a lower loss rate.The static decolorization process parameters were as followsresin dosage 14g/100mL( protein solution), pH 1.0,temperature40℃, decoloration time 630rain,the decolorization rate was 36.17% and the loss rate was 3.70%.The dynamic decolorization process parameters were as follows: the velocity 4.5 BV/h, process load 2.5 BV, pH of column liquid 1.0, temperature35 ℃, the decolorization rate was up to 61.66% and the loss rate was only 3.05%.The product' s color of pectin was fit in with the QB2484-2000 standards through the treatment of ethanol precipitation and freeze -drying processing.
