摘　　要：从对传统的数学教育的弊端和在知识经济社会中人才所必须具备的素质分析入手，结合数学建模在培养学生素质中的独特作用。Analyzing the malpractice of traditional mathematical education and the essential quality for personnel in the society of knowledge economy,combining the unique effect of mathemati- cal Modeling upon the cultivation of students' quality,train of thoughts on the reform of mathematical education is given.
