摘  要:通过连续4周给小鼠喂食添加不同品种水溶性膳食纤维的高脂饲料,探讨经过物理场-酶法制备的六种豆渣水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)对高脂模型的小鼠的血脂影响。实验结果表明,在高脂饲料中添加6%的不同的水溶性膳食纤维,可显著降低血清TC、TG、LDLC及动脉硬化指数AI水平,升高HDLC水平。证明物理场结合酶法制备的水溶性膳食纤维具有良好的降血脂作用。The soluble dietary fi bers made by physical fi eld combined enzymatic method were used to study their effect on the serum cholesterol of the hyperlipermia model mice through feeding them with lipid-rich diets with the addition of different soluble dietary f ibers for four weeks.The results showed that the addition of 6% soluble dietary fi bers to the lipid-rich diet could obviously decreased the serum TC、TG、LDLC and Atherosclerosis Index(AI),and increased the serum HDLC.It’s proved that the soluble dietary fibers had significant effect on decrease of cholesterol.
