从人称看《呼啸山庄》译本中“归化”和“异化”程度

摘　　要：《呼啸山庄》(Wuthering Heights)是19世纪英国天才女作家艾米莉.勃朗特短暂人生中创作的唯一一部小说,因其主题的神秘性和结构的奇特性而享有文学史上"斯芬克斯之谜"的称谓。《呼啸山庄》运用"归化"和"异化"两种翻译原则为评判标准,重点从人称翻译对50年代和80年代的两个译本进行比较,探讨"归化"和"异化"在两个译本中的应用。同时提出,译者应客观地、辩证地看待"归化"和"异化"在文学翻译中的利弊,合理地将二者结合应用到翻译创作中。Wuthering Heights is the only novel written by Emily Bronte,who was a genius woman writer of the 19th century and died in her early thirties.Owing to its mysterious theme and special structure,the novel gains its fame as the myth Sphinx in the literary history.Employing the principles of domestication and foreignization as the evaluating criterion,this thesis focuses on comparison between the two Chinese versions of 50＇s and 80＇s from the perspectives of name and title.Through comparative analysis,the thesis further probe into their linguistic features and styles respectively,and meanwhile makes some comments on the two versions and comes to the conclusion： When translating literary works,translators should discern both the advantages and disadvantages of the application of domestication and foreignization to the translation versions in a more objective and dialectic way,and try to combine the two principles in their translation works to a proper degree.
