摘　　要：发酵工程是一门内容丰富、涉及面广,并与生产实际紧密联系的一门课程,是工业生物技术的核心。通过仿真技术在发酵工程教学中的应用,阐述了仿真技术与发酵工程教学结合的基本思想,并通过实例阐明了仿真技术应用的优缺点,对仿真教学的方式进行了探讨。Fermentation engineering with rich contents, covering a wide range and close connection with actual production, is the core of industrial biotechnology. With appllication of artificial technique in teaching of fermentation, this paper expound the basic idea of artificial technique combined with teaching of fermentation engineering, the advantages and disadvantages of application of artifical technique. Mode of simulation teaching was studied.
