摘　　要：该文概述植物蛋白胶黏剂的改性研究技术进展,包括大豆蛋白胶、花生蛋白胶、小麦蛋白胶等。主要介绍了大豆蛋白胶的一些研究现状,传统大豆蛋白主要应用于木材行业,大豆蛋白胶应用于标签胶是一个新的研究思路,由于资源紧缺和环境污染问题的日益加重,未来一段时间把大豆蛋白改性胶用作标签胶或许会成为一个主要研究方向。The research progress of the plant protein adhesive technology was summarized,including soy protein adhesive,peanut protein adhesive and wheat protein adhesive. Mainly introduces the research actuality of soybean protein adhesive,soybean protein are mainly used in wood industry, soybean protein adhesive used for label adhesive is a new research idea,due to resource shortage and environmental pollution problems is increasing,the next time the modified soybean protein adhesive used for label adhesive may become a major research direction.
