摘 要:为了明确啤酒低碳技术领域全球专利的发展态势及中国在全球领域中的位置,以使相关的企业、科研院所从整体上把握该领域全球发展的脉络,进一步为未来专利申请布局及市场战略的制定提供参考与支持。对德温特专利数据库中1986年至2012年8月啤酒低碳技术领域内公开的专利进行了检索,并从专利数量、区域构成、区域竞争力、技术市场吸引力、技术构成及演变趋势等方面对检索结果进行了分析。分析结果表明,啤酒低碳技术领域专利国际化和区域集中化趋势日益加强,国际竞争更加激烈;中国在该领域中虽然取得了较大的发展,已经步入世界先进行列,但仍面临美国、欧洲、日本的激烈竞争。In order to know clearly the development trend of global patent of low-carbon technology in beer production and China's position in such domain in the world, and to provide useful reference and support for patent application and market strategy formulation for breweries, we made the retrieval of the patent of low-carbon technology in beer production from 1986-2012 August in Derwent Innovations Index (DII) patent databases. The retrieval results were analyzed in the fields including patent quantity, regional structure, regional competitiveness, market attrac tiveness of the technology, technical structure, and development trend etc. The analytical results showed that, the patent of low-carbon technology in beer production presented the features of internationalization and regional centralization, and international competition became more brutal; al though China had made great achievements in such domain and marched into the advanced ranks in the world, it had to face the brutal competi tion with U.S.A, European countries and Japan.
