摘  要:在教师教育中,教师职后非学历教育培训显得尤为重要。目前应该注重从以下几个方面做好工作:致力于教师教育一体化建设,构建面向学习型社会的全新的教师在职培训体系;职后教育要促进教师专业化,提高教师的专业化水平;职后教育要适应教育终身化要求;教育行政部门与各地培训机构要上下戮力,回应需求,应对挑战;教师作为培训主体,要增强学习紧迫性、主动性,学会学习,完善自身。In teachers education, the non-academic post-service educational training is partlculany important. The current emphasis should be placed on the following aspects of the work in question: More efforts should be made to construct the integration of teacher education with an aim to build a brand--new learning-society-based system of the training of the teachers in service; teachers education should promote the teacher professionalization and improve the professional level of teachers; the training of the teachers in service should be adapted to the needs of life--long education; educational administrative departments and local training institutions should respond to and challenge the needs; teachers, as the training body, should be aware of the learning urgency, take initiative in learning, learn how to learn, and perfect themselves.
