关于教师职后继续教育的思考

摘　　要：在教师教育中,教师职后非学历教育培训显得尤为重要。目前应该注重从以下几个方面做好工作:致力于教师教育一体化建设,构建面向学习型社会的全新的教师在职培训体系;职后教育要促进教师专业化,提高教师的专业化水平;职后教育要适应教育终身化要求;教育行政部门与各地培训机构要上下戮力,回应需求,应对挑战;教师作为培训主体,要增强学习紧迫性、主动性,学会学习,完善自身。In teachers education, the non-academic post-service educational training is partlculany important. The current emphasis should be placed on the following aspects of the work in question： More efforts should be made to construct the integration of teacher education with an aim to build a brand--new learning-society-based system of the training of the teachers in service; teachers education should promote the teacher professionalization and improve the professional level of teachers; the training of the teachers in service should be adapted to the needs of life--long education; educational administrative departments and local training institutions should respond to and challenge the needs; teachers, as the training body, should be aware of the learning urgency, take initiative in learning, learn how to learn, and perfect themselves.
