摘　　要：我国保健酒的发展历史悠久,其具有极高的营养价值和特殊的保健功能,受到了人们的广泛关注。该文主要从保健酒的发展历史、保健功效及酿造工艺等方面进行了论述,并分析了当前保健酒发展存在的问题,提出了相关建议,旨在为我国保健酒事业的发展提供参考。The health alcoholic drink has a long history in China,and it has extremely high nutritive value and special health care function which draws people＇s attention.The development history of health alcoholic drink,healthy function and brewing process was mainly discussed,the existing problems were analyzed and some advices were given to provide some references for the development of health alcoholic drink in China.
