摘  要:以食品科学与工程类专业为例,对高职专业与本科专业人才培养的衔接进行研究。按照"根据学科、对应产业"原则,确定高职本科衔接的专业,提出课程体系构建技术路线,设计"3+2"高职本科课程体系,在人才培养过程中依据学校的层次优势确定课程衔接,进而实现人才培养能力的不断提升。The paper presents a study on the connection of talent cultivation between higher vocational education and undergraduate education taking the specialty of food science and engineering for example. In the selection of specialties for the connection between the 2 levels of education, a principle was followed that it must be based on the discipline and had to match the industry. Afterwards, a technical path was designed for the establishment of curriculum featuring a "3 + 2" system connecting the courses of 3- year higher vocational education and 2-year undergraduate education. It was proposed that the connection of courses between the 2 different stages should be determined according to a university's advantages at a higher level so as to improve its capabilities in talent cultivation.
