摘  要:改进石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测奶粉及豆奶粉中铅、镉、镍、铬4种金属元素含量的方法。测得各元素标准曲线相关系数均在0.999 1以上,检出限为0.001 0 mg/kg~0.005 6 mg/kg,精密度为1.0%~4.2%,加标回收率在93.3%~101.3%。证明该方法准确可靠。在此基础上测定奶粉及豆奶粉中铅镉镍铬4种金属含量。结果表明,除国家未规定限值的镍在豆奶粉中含量较高,其它3种金属含量均在国家规定限值内。A method was improved for the analysis of the lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium contents in powdered milk and soy milk power by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).The correlation coefficient of each elements was greater than 0.999 1 in the linear range,the detection limit was between 0.001 0 mg/kg and 0.005 6 mg/kg,the precision of this method was 1.0%-4.2%,and the recovery of the method was between was 93.3%and 101.3%.The result proved that the method was correct and reliable.And then,the contents of the lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium were determined.The results showed high content of nickel in soybean milk powder.The contents of the other three metals,except the nickel which was not lay down the heavy metal maximum residue limit standard,were within the heavy metal maximum residue limit standard.
