摘 要:通识教育不仅是一种教育理念,也是一种人才培养模式。重在培养当代大学生可以将各学科的知识融会贯通,能够更好地了解自己、认识世界。通识类实验项目必须兼备科学性、趣味性以及安全性,只有这样才能更好地激发学生的兴趣和热情。新开实验项目—“酵母菌的观察和面包发酵”选取生活中常见物品—干酵母作为实验菌种,精简了实验步骤,降低了对非生物专业学生的技术要求,同时提高了实验成功的概率。此实验原理易懂,兼顾科学性、趣味性和安全性,生活贴近度高和学生的参与度高,加深了学生对于酵母菌的认识与理解,从而达到拓展学生知识层面的目的。General education is not only an educational concept,but also a mode of talent training.Focusing on cultivating contemporary college students can achieve a comprehensive study of the knowledge of various disciplines and be able to better understand themselves and the world.As an experimental course of general knowledge,<Experimental of Introduction to Life Science>undertakes the important mission to improve students’comprehensive quality and ability.The general education experiment project must be both scientific,interesting and safe,only in this way can students’interest and enthusiasm be better aroused.To sum up,this paper introduces a new experimental project,"observation of yeast and bread fermentation".In this experiment,dry yeast,a common object in life,was selected as the experimental strains,and the experimental steps were streamlined.The technical requirements for non-biological students were reduced,and the probability of success was increased.This experimental principle is easy to understand,takes into account science,interest andsafe,has a high degree of closeness to life,and has a high degree of participation by students.It has deepened students’understanding of yeast,so as to reach the goal of expanding students’knowledge.
