摘 要:教育理论的价值是无需怀疑的。教育实践者因教育理论而产生的无奈、头疼也是事实。但值得思考的是,像苏霍姆林斯基、马克斯·范梅南、陶行知这样的教育家,他们的教育著述却深受教育实践者的欢迎。究其原因,主要是因为这些教育家的著述总体上讲是教育思想文本而非教育理论文本。因而,教育理论要实现其指导教育实践的价值,就需要在不损失其精神内涵的前提下,改变其显现的方式。我们把这种改变称为"化教育理论为教育思想"。这是一种新的教育学术工作,它既能使教育理论的价值更大化,又能丰富教育思想的资源,还能够间接地为教育理论的发展做出自己独特的贡献。Educational theory undoubtedly has its own value. It is also a fact that educational theory results in the helplessness and headaches of educational practitioners. However,it is worth thinking that the educational writings of such educators as Sukhomlinsky,Max Van Manen and Tao Xingzhi are very popular among educational practitioners. The main reason is that the writings of these educators are generally educational thought texts rather than educational theory texts. Therefore,in order to realize the value of guiding educational practice,educational theory needs to change its manifestation mode without losing its spiritual connotation. We call this change "transforming educational theory into educational thought". This is a new kind of educational academic work,which can not only increase the value of educational theory,but also enrich the resources of educational thought,and indirectly make its own unique contribution to the development of educational theory.
