摘  要:实践教学是应用型院校食品科学与工程专业教学体系的主体形式和核心内容,在应用型本科教育教学改革背景下,分析了食品科学与工程专业实践教学存在的问题,并从实践教学改革探索、所解决的关键问题及改革与实践效果等方面阐述了食品科学与工程专业实践教学的可操作性,以期为应用型院校食品科学与工程专业实践教学体系的构建与专业人才培养提供参考。Practical teaching is the main form and core content of the teaching system for applied undergraduate food science and engineering.Based on the background of applied undergraduate education and teaching reform,the problems existing in the practical teaching of food science and engineering were analyzed in this paper.The practical teaching reform exploration,the methods of solving key problems and the implementing effects were also discussed respectively in order to expound the practical teaching operability of food science and engineering.This teaching reform and practice could provide useful references for food science and engineering specialty in applied undergraduate universities.
