摘 要:随着西方国家对国内微电子行业封锁限制力度的加大,快速发展国内微电子行业已成为势在必行的趋势,而相关微电子行业人才的培养,则是确保行业发展的基础。良好的微电子专业本科生教育培养模式是获取高质量微电子行业人才的唯一途径。为更好地贯彻国家对高校提出的微电子人才培养要求以及满足行业人才的需求,文章通过对目前微电子专业本科教学中现存问题的剖析,引入了具有弹性和针对性的新型人才培养方案;提出基于OBE理念辅助的本科生导师制新型教育培养模式;并推行以校企合作为核心的实践教学辅助平台以强化理论教学的方案。最后提出了基于DEA模型对新型微电子专业本科生培养教学模式的实证分析方法。In recent years,the blockade of domestic microelectronics industry in western countries has made it an imperative trend to develop domestic microelectronics industry,and the training of relevant microelectronics industry talents is the basis to ensure the development of the industry.The excellent undergraduate education and training mode of microelectronics major is the only way to obtain high quality microelectronics talents.In order to better implement the national requirements for the cultivation of microelectronics talents for universities and meet the needs of talents in the industry,through analyzing the existing problems in the undergraduate teaching of microelectronics major,this paper introduces a new talent training program with flexibility and pertinence.At the same time,a new mode of undergraduate tutorial system based on OBE concept is proposed.In addition,the paper puts forward a practical teaching assistance platform scheme with school-enterprise cooperation as the core,so as to strengthen theoretical teaching.Finally,an empirical analysis method based on DEA model for the new model of microelectronics undergraduate training and teaching is proposed.
