摘　　要：一流课程建设是一流本科专业建设的基础,“食品生物化学”是食品相关专业的核心专业基础课,也是本院两个省级一流专业的强支撑课程。此课程主要从教学目标、教学资源、教学设计、考核方式及特色创新等方面介绍其建设情况,可为推进食品科学类课程建设及教学改革提供借鉴和参考。The construction of top-class Undergraduate courses is the foundation of the construction of top-class undergraduate majors.“Food Biochemistry”is the core basic course of food related majors and also a strong support course for the two provincial top-class majors in our college.This course mainly introduces its construction situation from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching design,assessment methods,and characteristic innovation,which can provide reference and guidance for promoting the construction of food science courses and teaching reform.
