论创新教育良好教学氛围的营造

摘  要:一个适宜创新教育的良好教学氛围是平等民主、充满活力、师生互动的 ,它必须具体落实在教育教学过程中。教师对学生的教育态度 :认识了解学生的差异性 ;相信学生的创造潜能 ;给予学生积极的期待 ;允许学生有批判性的思维活动。教师对学生的教学方法 :以启发式教学思想为指导 ;重视学生参与 ;师生互动 ;学生主体。教师对学生心智结果的评价 :给学生自由的空间 ;研究并遵循学生心智活动的特点 ;避免模式化、标准化。It is characteristic of the construction of fine teaching atmosphere for innovative education to be equal and democratic,as well as full of liveliess and interaction between the teacher and students.It embodies: firstly,on the attitude of the teacher to the education of the students,the realizing of the difference among students;the belief of their creative potentiality;the active expectation to them ,and the allowance of their critical thinking; secondly,on the application of the teacher teaching methods, the direction of Heuristic education thought;the emphasis on their partcipation,the interaction between the teacher and students,and their subject consciousness;thirdly,on the accessment of the students'mental conditions,the allowance of free space for students,the research of the students' mental activities,and the avoidance of modeling and standardization.
